Key Responsibilities - Build and maintain strong relationships with aesthetic clinics across the UAE.
- Support customers throughout their journey by coordinating with the Sales, Marketing, Training, and Service teams.
- Conduct regular clinic visits to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for continued engagement.
- Coordinate educational activities, product training, and clinic events.
- Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely support.
- Prepare regular activity reports and share customer feedback with internal teams.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare, Biomedical Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
Previous experience in the medical aesthetics, healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
Valid UAE driving licence.
Willingness to travel across the UAE.
