يتولى مدير الشراء القيادة وتنفيذ أنشطة الشراء من النهاية إلى النهاية عبر وظائف شركة الطيران التشغيلية والتجارية والمؤسسية.
يضمن الدور الالتزام بحوكمة داخلية وإطارات مراقبة التكاليف والمعايير التعاقدية مع دفع التميز في الشراء، أداء الموردين والتوافق بين الوظائف.
تلعب الوظيفة دوراً رئيسياً في إدارة علاقات الموردين، وتحسين هيكل التكاليف، وضمان استمرارية الإمداد عبر جميع المحطات والاقسام. المسؤوليات: وضع استراتيجية شراء لفئات خطوط الطيران بما في ذلك المناولة الأرضية، التموين، منتجات الدرجة الجوية، واللوجستيات.
مواءمة أنشطة الشراء مع أهداف المؤسسة والقيود الميزانية.
إجراء أبحاث السوق ومقارنات الأسعار لاتخاذ قرارات مدروسة.
استخدام أساليب الشراء التنافسية (RFP، RFQ) مع اتباع سياسات الحوكمة.
التعاون مع الشؤون القانونية والمالية بشأن عقود الموردين وضمان الامتثال لمعايير الطيران.
تتبع تجديدات العقود وإدارة عملية إعادة التفاوض لمنع انقطاعات الخدمة.
الالتزام بسياسات الشراء ومراقبة امتثال الموردين من خلال اتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية.
تنمية العلاقات مع الموردين والإشراف على عمليات إدخال الموردين الجدد.
مراقبة أداء الموردين ومعالجة أي انحرافات مع فرق التشغيل.
قيادة تقييمات العروض والتحقق من المستندات المالية مقابل العقود.
المساعدة في مبادرات توفير التكاليف والحفاظ على لوحات معلومات لتوفير الشراء.
إدارة التوريد للزي الرسمي للطيارين وضمان دقة دورة حياة اللوجستيات.
التنسيق مع الفرق المختلفة لدعم الاحتياجات التشغيلية وتقديم المساعدة الداخلية في الشراء.
المشاركة في التدقيقات وتوحيد ممارسات الشراء مع الحفاظ على توثيق منظم.
إعداد تقارير شراء شهرية وضمان الامتثال لمعايير التدقيق في الطيران.
المؤهلات والخبرة: درجة البكالوريوس في الأعمال، سلسلة التوريد، إدارة الطيران، أو مجال ذو صلة.
الحد الأدنى 5–7 سنوات من خبرة الشراء، ويفضل في مجال الطيران والضيافة أو بيئات تعتمد بشدة على سلسلة التوريد.
فهم قوي لعقود والالتزامات والمفاوضات واللوجستيات وحوكمة الشراء.
الخبرة في إدارة عدة موردين وفئات في بيئة سريعة وتحت محطة متعددة.
مهارات تحليلية، مالية وتجارية ممتازة.
الكفاءة في Microsoft Excel وأنظمة ERP وأدوات الشراء.

Job description
The Procurement Manager is responsible for leading and executing end-to-end procurement activities across the airline’s operational, commercial, and corporate functions.
The role ensures compliance with internal governance, cost-control frameworks, and contractual standards while driving procurement excellence, supplier performance, and cross-functional alignment.
The position plays a key role in managing vendor relationships, optimizing cost structures, and ensuring continuity of supply across all stations and departments Responsibilities: Develop a sourcing strategy for airline categories including ground handling, catering, inflight products, and logistics.
Align procurement activities with organizational goals and budget constraints.
Conduct market research and price comparisons for informed decision-making.
Utilize competitive sourcing methods (RFP, RFQ) while following governance policies.
Collaborate with Legal and Finance on vendor contracts and ensure compliance with aviation standards.
Track contract renewals and manage the renegotiation process to prevent service disruptions.
Uphold procurement policies and monitor vendor compliance through SLAs and KPIs.
Nurture relationships with suppliers and oversee vendor onboarding processes.
Monitor vendor performance and address any deviations with operational teams.
Lead evaluations of offers and validate financial documentation against contracts.
Assist with cost-saving initiatives and maintain dashboards for procurement savings.
Manage sourcing for crew uniforms and ensure logistics lifecycle accuracy.
Coordinate with various teams to support operational needs and provide internal sourcing assistance.
Engage in audits and standardize procurement practices while maintaining organized documentation.
Prepare monthly procurement reports and ensure compliance with aviation audit standards.
Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Aviation Management, or related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of procurement experience, preferably in aviation, hospitality, or supply chain-intensive environments.
Strong understanding of contracting, negotiation, logistics, and procurement governance.
Experience managing multiple vendors and categories in a fast-paced, multi-station environment.
Excellent analytical, financial, and commercial evaluation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and procurement tools.
