يتولى مدير المبيعات (التكتلات) مسؤولية قيادة نمو الإيرادات وتعزيز موقع الفندق في سوق السفر الفاخر من خلال الإدارة الفعالة لتكتلات، الشريك المفضل، وعلاقات وكالات السفر الفاخرة. يركز هذا الدور على تطوير الشراكات الاستراتيجية، توسيع حصة السوق، وتعظيم إنتاج ليالي الغرف من شبكات السفر الفاخر الرئيسية مع ضمان التوافق مع الأهداف التجارية للفندق ومعايير العلامة التجارية. من خلال العمل عن كثب مع فرق المبيعات والتسويق وإدارة الإيرادات والعمليات، يلعب مدير المبيعات (التكتلات) دوراً رئيسياً في تعزيز الوجود في السوق، الترويج لعروض الفندق الفريدة، وتحقيق النجاح التجاري الطويل الأمد.
المهام الرئيسية:
المؤهلات:- درجة البكالوريوس أو الدبلوم في إدارة الضيافة، إدارة الأعمال، التسويق، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- 5-7 سنوات على الأقل من خبرة المبيعات في الفنادق الفاخرة، مع خبرة مثبتة في التكتلات أو السياحة الفاخرة أو شرائح الشركاء المفضلين.
- معرفة قوية بشبكات السفر الفاخر وبرامج الشراكات المفضلة الأخرى.
- سجل حافل بتحقيق أهداف الإيرادات، وتطوير الشراكات الاستراتيجية، وإدارة الحسابات الرئيسية ضمن قطاع الضيافة الفاخر.
- مهارات اتصال وعرض وتفاوض وإدارة علاقات ممتازة مع القدرة على التأثير في أصحاب المصلحة داخلياً وخارجياً.
- قدرات تحليلية وتجارية وتخطيط تجاري قوية مع كفاءة في تقارير المبيعات والتنبؤ وإدارة الحسابات.
Job description
The Sales Manager (Consortia) is responsible for driving revenue growth and strengthening the hotel's positioning within the luxury travel market through the effective management of consortia, preferred partner, and luxury travel agency relationships. This role focuses on developing strategic partnerships, expanding market share, and maximizing room night production from key luxury travel networks while ensuring alignment with the hotel's commercial objectives and brand standards. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, and operational teams, the Sales Manager (Consortia) plays a key role in enhancing market presence, promoting the hotel's unique offerings, and delivering long-term business success.
Main Duties:
Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience within luxury hotels, with proven exposure to consortia, luxury leisure, or preferred partner segments.
- Strong knowledge of luxury travel networks and other preferred partnership programs.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving revenue targets, developing strategic partnerships, and managing key accounts within the luxury hospitality sector.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, commercial, and business planning capabilities with proficiency in sales reporting, forecasting, and account management.
