المسؤوليات:- تقديم تعليم رياضيات جذاب وريادي ومتماشي مع مناهج IGCSE وA-Levels وIB
- تصميم وتنفيذ خطط درسية مختلفة تلبي احتياجات التعلم المتنوعة وتعزز التفكير النقدي.
- استخدام أدوات ICT والمنصات الرقمية لتعزيز فعالية التدريس وتفاعل الطلاب.
- مراقبة وتقييم تقدم الطلاب من خلال التقييمات التكوينية والختامية، وتقديم تغذية راجعة في الوقت المناسب.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لأداء الطلاب والمساهمة في عمليات التقارير والمراجعة.
- تهيئة بيئة صفية إيجابية وشاملة ومنضبطة تدعم التطور الأكاديمي والشخصي.
- التعاون مع الزملاء لتطوير مشاريع عبر المواد والمشاركة في اجتماعات القسم والتطوير المهني.
- دعم الطلاب في الاستعداد للامتحانات الخارجية، بما فيها IELTS، وتوجيههم في التخطيط الأكاديمي ومسارات العمل.
- المساهمة في مبادرات المدرسة على مستوى المدرسة، بما في ذلك الأنشطة اللامنهجية وبرامج توجيه الطلاب.
المتطلبات- درجة البكالوريوس في الرياضيات أو مجال ذو صلة؛ PGCE أو مؤهل تدريس مكافئ إلزامي.
- خبرة تدريس لا تقل عن 4–5 سنوات في برامج رياضيات IGCSE, A-Levels, أو IB.
- وجود خبرة في الإمارات في المستويين Cycle 2 & 3.
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة الصف واستراتيجيات تفاعل الطلاب.
- إتقان قوي لأدوات ICT ومنصات التعلم الرقمية (مثلاً Google Classroom، LMS، لوحات ذكية تفاعلية).
- درجة IELTS صالحة 6.5 أو أعلى (للأArab nationals، Western nationals، أو المتحدثين الأصليين باللغة الإنجليزية فقط).
- قدرة مبينة على تعزيز التفكير النقدي ومهارات حل المشكلات لدى الطلاب.
- خبرة في تصميم المناهج، وتصميم التقييم، والتحضير للامتحانات.
- الالتزام بالنمو المهني المستمر والالتزام بمعايير التعليم الدولية.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل تعاوني في بيئة أكاديمية متعددة الثقافات وسريعة الإيقاع.

Summary:We are seeking a highly qualified and passionate
Mathematics Teacher to join our client multiple campuses in UAE. This role is specifically tailored for Arab nationals, Western nationals, or native English speakers who have achieved an IELTS score of 6.5 or higher. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality mathematics instruction across IGCSE, A-Levels, and IB curricula, ensuring students achieve academic excellence and develop strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in classroom management, curriculum delivery, and student engagement, supported by a PGCE qualification and expertise in integrating ICT into teaching practices. Responsibilities:- Deliver engaging and rigorous mathematics instruction aligned with IGCSE, A-Levels, and IB curricula.
- Design and implement differentiated lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs and promote critical thinking.
- Utilize ICT tools and digital platforms to enhance teaching effectiveness and student interaction.
- Monitor and assess student progress through formative and summative assessments, providing timely feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and contribute to reporting and review processes.

Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or a related field; PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification is mandatory.
- Minimum of 4–5 years of teaching experience in IGCSE, A-Levels, or IB Mathematics programs.
- Having UAE experience in Cycle 2 & 3.
- Proven expertise in classroom management and student engagement strategies.
- Strong command of ICT tools and digital learning platforms (e.g., Google Classroom, LMS, interactive whiteboards).
- Valid IELTS score of 6.5 or higher (for Arab nationals, Western nationals, or native English speakers only).
- Demonstrated ability to foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills in students.
- Experience in curriculum development, assessment design, and examination preparation.
