About the Role We are seeking an accomplished, strategic, and commercially minded Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team in the UAE. In this senior executive role, you will be responsible for leading the organization's financial strategy, financial planning, performance management, risk management, and overall financial governance. You will work closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to drive sustainable growth, strengthen financial performance, optimize capital allocation, and support major business and investment decisions. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the organization's overall financial strategy aligned with business objectives ????Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, and performance analysis Work closely with the CEO and executive leadership team on strategic business and investment decisions Oversee accounting, financial reporting, treasury, tax, audit, and corporate finance functions Establish and monitor financial KPIs, budgets, controls, and performance targets Provide accurate and timely financial insights, forecasts, and recommendations to senior leadership Manage capital allocation, investments, financing strategies, and major financial initiatives Drive profitability improvement, cost optimization, operational efficiency, and sustainable financial growth Lead the development and implementation of robust financial controls, policies, and governance frameworks Identify, assess, and manage financial, operational, investment, regulatory, and business risks Maintain strong relationships with banks, investors, auditors, financial institutions, regulators, and other key stakeholders Oversee corporate financial compliance and ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and accounting standards Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing finance and accounting teams Support mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, fundraising, restructuring, and other strategic corporate transactions where applicable Provide financial leadership during organizational transformation, expansion, and market-entry initiatives Represent the organization in strategic financial, investment, industry, and external engagements✅ What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Chief Financial Officer, Finance Director, Group CFO, or equivalent senior finance executive Strong strategic thinking, commercial awareness, financial judgment, and leadership capabilities Excellent understanding of corporate finance, financial planning, accounting, treasury, taxation, and risk management Demonstrated ability to lead complex financial operations and cross-functional strategic initiatives Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills Proven track record of improving financial performance, profitability, cash flow, or organizational value Experience managing large teams and developing senior finance professionals Strong understanding of corporate governance, internal controls, compliance, and financial risk management Ability to work closely with CEOs, boards of directors, investors, and senior stakeholders Ability to manage multiple priorities and make high-level financial decisions in a dynamic environment High level of integrity, professionalism, accountability, confidentiality, and discretion Ability to operate effectively in either a full-time or part-time executive capacity???? Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field Master's degree such as MBA, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline is highly preferred Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CFA, CIMA, CA, or equivalent is highly advantageous Minimum of 15+ years of progressive professional experience, including significant senior financial leadership experience Proven track record in financial strategy, corporate finance, business transformation, investment management, or large-scale financial operations Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, taxation, treasury, audit, governance, and risk management Experience working with multinational organizations or within the UAE and wider GCC markets is highly preferred Experience in fundraising, investment, M&A, private equity, corporate restructuring, or international expansion is an advantage Relevant executive leadership, finance, or industry certifications are an advantage????
