• Monitor network performance and security events

• Assist in managing firewalls, VPNs, and network devices

• Support implementation of security controls and policies

• Respond to security incidents and alerts

• Conduct basic vulnerability assessments and patch tracking

• Support endpoint security and antivirus systems

• Assist in compliance activities (ISO 27001, internal policies)

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in networking/security

• Good knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office

• Basic networking knowledge

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field

• Certifications in:

• CCNA

• Security+

• CEH (basic level)

• Experience with SIEM tools

• Knowledge of security frameworks and standards

• Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, routing, switching)

• Familiarity with firewalls and security tools

• Understanding of cybersecurity principles

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Possession of industry-recognized certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in network and information security roles.
• Proven expertise in network security principles, protocols, and technologies.
