Selected Training Facilitators will be part of the core delivery team for this flagship Government initiative. Before deployment, all appointed facilitators will complete move-eti’s Training of Trainers programme and receive formal certification in the methodology.

Facilitators will be expected to:

• Deliver high-quality, interactive training sessions in Arabic and English
  Apply move-eti’s structured, evidence-based methodology with consistency and fidelity

• Adapt facilitation style to participant needs while maintaining the integrity of the training content

• Document attendance, participant feedback, and training outcomes accurately

• Submit structured feedback after sessions to support ongoing refinement of delivery and materials

• Participate in regular coordination, quality assurance, and reporting processes

Desired Candidate Profile

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

• Native Arabic speaker with strong professional English fluency

• At least 8 to 10 years of professional experience in training facilitation
  Demonstrated experience delivering experiential, behavioural, competency-based, or action-oriented training

• Relevant qualification in training, education, psychology, behavioural science, organisational development, HR, or a related field

• Experience working with public-sector, government, or institutional audiences; UAE or Gulf-region experience is an advantage

• Strong group facilitation, interpersonal, and communication skills
  Authorised to work in the United Arab Emirates

• Based in Abu Dhabi or elsewhere in the UAE, with availability to travel between delivery sites when needed

• Previous experience in large-scale, government-commissioned training programmes is highly desirable.
