Key Responsibilities• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening through interview coordination, selection, and onboarding.• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, workforce needs, and candidate profiles.• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies for both active and passive candidates.• Source candidates through Linked In, job boards, professional networks, referrals, recruitment platforms, and other channels.• Review resumes, applications, and candidate profiles to assess qualifications and suitability.• Conduct initial screening interviews and evaluate candidates against role requirements.• Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and relevant stakeholders.• Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.• Develop and maintain candidate databases, recruitment records, and applicant tracking systems.• Prepare job descriptions, recruitment advertisements, candidate communications, and hiring materials.• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives to attract qualified talent.• Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify potential candidates and competitive hiring trends.• Monitor recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, candidate quality, offer acceptance, and hiring effectiveness.• Provide hiring managers with market insights, salary benchmarks, talent availability, and recruitment recommendations.• Support offer management, reference checks, background verification, and pre-employment processes where required.• Coordinate onboarding activities with HR and relevant departments.• Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies, employment regulations, and applicable data privacy requirements.• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, candidate experience, sourcing efficiency, and hiring outcomes.✅ Requirements• Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, human resources, executive search, or a related role.• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing strategies.• Experience sourcing candidates through Linked In, job boards, recruitment platforms, professional networks, and direct outreach.• Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and communication skills.• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS, Linked In Recruiter, or recruitment CRM platforms is an advantage.• Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, talent market trends, and candidate experience.• Ability to work closely with hiring managers and understand technical and non-technical recruitment requirements.• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and offer management skills.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential candidate information.• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related field is preferred.• Relevant HR or recruitment certifications are an advantage.????
