We are seeking a qualified and experienced Junior Consultant – Emergency Medicine to join a leading private healthcare facility in the UAE.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality emergency medical care, managing acute and critical cases, and working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities Assess, diagnose, and manage patients presenting with acute and emergency medical conditions.
Lead and participate in the initial assessment, stabilization, and resuscitation of critically ill patients.
Manage trauma, cardiac, neurological, respiratory, infectious, and other emergency presentations.
Perform and supervise emergency procedures within the scope of practice.
Coordinate patient admissions, referrals, transfers, and consultations with relevant specialties.
Ensure accurate clinical documentation and appropriate patient handover.
Work closely with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care.
Participate in emergency department protocols, quality improvement initiatives, audits, and patient safety activities.
Provide guidance and supervision to junior doctors and other clinical staff where required.
Maintain compliance with the facility's clinical policies, regulatory requirements, and professional standards.

Medical degree ( MBBS or equivalent ) from a recognized institution.
Postgraduate qualification in Emergency Medicine or equivalent.
Relevant specialist/consultant-level experience in Emergency Medicine.
Western Qualified doctors are preferred.
Strong clinical assessment, decision-making, and resuscitation skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure emergency department environment.
