نبذة عن الدور:
- إعداد وتحسين إجراءات حفر الآبار والتجهيز والتشغيل، مع التأكد من التوافق مع معايير تقنية ونتك وشؤون السلامة والبيئة في ADNOC Sour Gas.
- تصميم مسار البئر وتحسين ملف البئر، سلسلة الحفر والتجهيزات السفلية.
- الإشراف على أنشطة الإتمام على منصة الحفر، بما في ذلك التخطيط وتنفيذ العمليات المتعلقة بالتجهيزات في مشاريع الغاز البرية.
- تقييم تصاميم الآبار ونصح بحلول فعالة من حيث التكلفة لتعزيز جدوى البئر.
- تحديد وتخفيف المخاطر في عمليات الحفر، التجهيز، والتدخل في البئر.
- مراجعة آبار تعاني من مشاكل أو ضعيفة الأداء وتقديم حلول إصلاحية لاستعادة الإنتاجية.
- التعاون مع فرق الحفر تحت السطح والموردين في التخطيط وتنفيذ العمل.
- إدارة توصيل البئر بنهج دورة حياة كاملة، بما في ذلك تصميم البئر والتجهيزات وأداء الحفر وتطبيقات التكنولوجيا الجديدة.
- إعداد خطط تعبئة المنصة وفكها والتوجيه، بالإضافة إلى برامج غلق البئر وختمها لضمان سلامة البئر.
- إجراء مراجعات تقنية والتحقق من تصاميم إتمام البئر، وإعداد برامج التخلي عن البئر وتكاليفها.
- ضمان توافر خدمات مقاولة مشتركة وموارد في الوقت المناسب من خلال التشاور مع مقاولين الخدمات وأقسام العمليات الإنتاجية المعنية.
- تعظيم أداء فريق المنصة من خلال توفير بيئة داعمة للتعاون والمشاركة.
المؤهلات والخبرة:
- درجة البكالوريوس في هندسة البترول.
- سنوات من الخبرة في عمليات الحفر، بما في ذلك 4 سنوات في دور مشابه.

Abou Role:
- Prepare and optimize well drilling, completion, and workover procedures, ensuring alignment with ADNOC Sour Gas technical, operational, and HSE standards.
- Design well trajectory and optimize well profile, drill string, and bottom hole assemblies.
- Oversee completion activities on the rig, including planning and executing operations related to completions in onshore gas projects.
- Evaluate well designs and advise on cost-effective solutions to enhance well viability.
- Identify and mitigate risks in drilling, completion, and well intervention operations.
- Review troubled or underperforming wells and recommend remedial solutions to restore productivity.
- Collaborate with drilling, subsurface teams, and vendors in planning and executing work.
- Manage well delivery with a full life cycle approach, incorporating well design, completions, drilling performance, and new technology applications.
- Prepare rig mobilization, demobilization, and orientation plans, as well as wellhead casing and cementing programs to ensure well integrity.
- Conduct technical reviews and verification of well completion designs, preparing well abandonment programs and cost estimates.
- Ensure timely availability of shared contracted services and resources by consulting with service contractors and relevant production operations departments.
- Maximize rig team performance by fostering an enabling environment for collaboration and participation.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering.
- years of experience in drilling operations, including 4 years in a similar role.
