المسؤوليات الأساسية
- تقييم وتشخيص وإدارة المرضى الذين يعانون من حالات مهددة للحياة تتطلب تدخلات العناية المركزة.
- قيادة وتنسيق فرق العناية المركزة متعددة التخصصات لضمان أفضل نتائج للمرضى.
- تنفيذ والإشراف على تقنيات دعم الحياة المتقدمة والمراقبة.
- التعاون مع تخصصات طبية أخرى ومهنيي الرعاية الصحية من أجل رعاية شاملة للمريض.
- المساهمة في البحث الإكلينيكي، والتدقيقات، ومبادرات تحسين الجودة.
- توفير الإرشاد والتدريب والتعليم للكوادر الطبية المساعدة والمتدربين.
- التأكد من الامتثال للإرشادات الإكلينيكية ذات الصلة والمتطلبات التنظيمية.
Job description
SearchPlus HR invites applications from highly qualified and experienced Consultants in Critical Care Medicine holding American, UK, or recognized Western Board certification. This role involves providing expert care to critically ill patients in intensive care units, leading multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to the advancement of critical care services within a dynamic healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and manage patients with life-threatening conditions requiring critical care interventions.
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary critical care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Implement and oversee advanced life support and monitoring technologies.
- Collaborate with other medical specialties and healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
- Contribute to clinical research, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Provide mentorship, training, and education to junior medical staff and trainees.
- Ensure compliance with relevant clinical guidelines and regulatory requirements.
