Role: Telecommunications Specialist (Remote) Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere) Job Type: Contract Payout: $20 - $75/hour
Role Overview:We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Telecommunications Expert to work on a contract basis. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining telecommunications systems and infrastructure. The position requires expertise in network architecture, system integration, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:• Design, deploy, and optimize telecommunications networks, including VoIP, SIP, and PSTN systems.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate telecommunications solutions with existing IT infrastructure.• Perform network monitoring, diagnostics, and issue resolution to ensure minimal downtime and maximum reliability.• Configure and manage telecommunications hardware, including routers, switches, and gateways.• Document network configurations, policies, and procedures for internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:• Minimum 3 years of experience in telecommunications engineering or a related field.• Proficiency in VoIP, SIP, and PSTN protocols and technologies.• Strong knowledge of network architecture, routing, and switching.• Experience with telecommunications hardware such as routers, switches, and gateways.• Familiarity with network monitoring and diagnostic tools.• Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues and implement solutions.• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical teams.
