We look after villas, commercial buildings and industrial sites across the emirate, from routine maintenance to
full upgrades.
We are hiring two MEP Engineers to join our commercial and industrial division as it grows. This is a hands-on
role across a varied portfolio of sites in Ras Al Khaimah. You will be the person who diagnoses the fault and fixes
it, not the person who writes it up and passes it on.
What you will be doing
Servicing, repairing and maintaining water-based fire suppression systems
Servicing and repairing air conditioning systems
General electrical works
CCTV and security system installation and maintenance
Planned maintenance visits and reactive callouts across commercial and industrial sites
Reporting on works completed and flagging further issues before they become failures

Desired Candidate Profile
5+ years hands-on commercial MEP experience in the UAE or wider GCC
Water-based fire suppression systems: installation, servicing and maintenance
Air conditioning: servicing, repairs and maintenance
General electrical works
CCTV and security systems
Fault diagnosis and repair on site
Valid UAE driving licence
UAE residence or transferable visa
Good spoken English
