توظف Talentigence مديراً ذا خبرة لشغل منصب مدير مشروع لفرصة رائدة في قطاع الإنشاءات/المقاولات في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
الموقع: الإمارات العربية المتحدة نوع الوظيفة: دوام كامل الراتب: 15,000 درهم – 25,000 درهم إماراتي شهرياً مكان العمل: حضورياً
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:• قيادة مشاريع الإنشاءات بدءاً من التخطيط والبدء وصولاً إلى الإنجاز والتسليم. • تطوير وإدارة ميزانيات المشاريع، والجداول الزمنية، وخطط الموارد. • قيادة فرق المشاريع متعددة التخصصات، والمقاولين من الباطن، وفرق الموقع. • مراقبة تكاليف المشروع، والجودة، والسلامة، والتقدم العام. • التنسيق بفعالية مع العملاء والاستشاريين والجهات ذات الصلة. • إدارة مخاطر المشروع، والعقود، والتغييرات، والالتزامات التعاقدية. • ضمان تسليم المشاريع بأمان، وفي الوقت المحدد، وضمن الميزانية. • إعداد تقارير أداء المشروع وتحديثات الإدارة. • ضمان الامتثال لمعايير الشركة ومتطلبات المشروع.
المتطلبات:• درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية. • خبرة ذات صلة تتراوح بين 10-15 عاماً مع شركات مقاولات/إنشاءات في الإمارات. • خبرة مثبتة في إدارة مشاريع الأبراج الشاهقة، أو المشاريع التجارية، أو السكنية، أو متعددة الاستخدامات. • معرفة قوية بميزانيات المشاريع، ومراقبة التكاليف، والعقود، والتخطيط. • إتقان استخدام برامج Primavera P6، وMS Project، وMS Office. • مهارات قوية في القيادة، والتواصل، وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة. • شهادة PMP ستكون ميزة إضافية.

Hiring: Project Manager – Construction | UAE
Talentigence is hiring an experienced Project Manager for a leading opportunity in the Construction / Contracting sector in the UAE.
Location: UAE Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED 15,000 – AED 25,000 per month Work Location: In person
Key Responsibilities:• Lead construction projects from planning and initiation through completion and handover. • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules and resource plans. • Lead multidisciplinary project teams, subcontractors and site teams. • Monitor project costs, quality, safety and overall progress. • Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants and relevant authorities. • Manage project risks, contracts, variations and contractual obligations. • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget. • Prepare project performance reports and management updates. • Ensure compliance with company standards and project requirements.
Requirements:• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. • 10–15 years of relevant experience with UAE contracting/construction companies. • Proven experience managing high-rise, commercial, residential or mixed-use building projects. • Strong knowledge of project budgeting, cost control, contracts and planning. • Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project and MS Office. • Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills. • PMP certification will be an added advantage.
