• Strong practical experience in painting, wall & ceiling preparation, putty, primer, finishing and paint rectification.

• Good hands-on knowledge of carpentry and joinery, including doors, frames, cabinets, shelves, locks and general repairs.

• Experienced in gypsum works, including partitions, ceilings, board installation, patching and rectification.

• Carry out general civil, MEP and building maintenance works independently and to a good finishing standard.

• Basic practical knowledge of plumbing, including minor leaks, fittings, valves, sanitary fixtures and drainage.

• Basic knowledge of electrical maintenance, including lights, switches, sockets and minor electrical faults.

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance and identify and rectify maintenance issues efficiently.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience in building maintenance, civil/MEP maintenance or facilities management, preferably UAE/Gulf experience.

• Physically fit and able to work at heights, on ladders and in restricted areas when required.

• Able to lift and carry materials, tools and equipment when required.

• Willing to work overtime or emergency call-outs when required.

• Practical trade test and previous employment references may be required.
