<ul><li><p>Strong practical experience in <strong>painting, wall & ceiling preparation, putty, primer, finishing and paint rectification</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Good hands-on knowledge of <strong>carpentry and joinery</strong>, including doors, frames, cabinets, shelves, locks and general repairs.</p></li><li><p>Experienced in <strong>gypsum works</strong>, including partitions, ceilings, board installation, patching and rectification.</p></li><li><p>Carry out general <strong>civil, MEP and building maintenance</strong> works independently and to a good finishing standard.</p></li><li><p>Basic practical knowledge of <strong>plumbing</strong>, including minor leaks, fittings, valves, sanitary fixtures and drainage.</p></li><li><p>Basic knowledge of <strong>electrical maintenance</strong>, including lights, switches, sockets and minor electrical faults.</p></li><li><p>Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance and identify and rectify maintenance issues efficiently.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li><p>Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience in <strong>building maintenance, civil/MEP maintenance or facilities management</strong>, preferably UAE/Gulf experience.</p></li><li><p>Physically fit and able to work at heights, on ladders and in restricted areas when required.</p></li><li><p>Able to lift and carry materials, tools and equipment when required.</p></li><li><p>Willing to work overtime or emergency call-outs when required.</p></li><li><p>Practical trade test and previous employment references may be required.</p></li></ul>

<ul><li><p>Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience in <strong>HVAC/MEP maintenance, troubleshooting and repair</strong>, preferably with UAE/Gulf experience.</p></li><li><p>Strong practical knowledge of <strong>DX systems, split units, package units, ducted split systems, FCUs and AHUs</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Diagnose and repair <strong>mechanical, electrical, refrigerant, drainage and control-related HVAC faults</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance using HVAC tools and testing equipment safely.</p></li><li><p>Basic knowledge of <strong>plumbing and electrical maintenance</strong> related to MEP/HVAC works.</p></li><li><p>Follow HSE requirements, PPE, permit-to-work procedures and site safety standards.</p></li><li><p>Maintain proper housekeeping and keep tools, equipment and work areas clean and organized.</p></li><li><p>Able to read basic <strong>HVAC drawings, wiring diagrams and equipment specifications</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Physically fit and able to work at heights, plant rooms and restricted areas when required; <strong>lifting/carrying materials and equipment when required</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Good communication skills in English and ability to follow work and safety instructions.</p></li><li><p><strong>UAE Driving License will be an advantage and is preferred.</strong></p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li><p>Must be presentable, professional, safety-conscious and able to work effectively with the MEP team.</p></li><li><p>Practical trade test and previous employment references may be required.</p></li></ul>

<ul><li><p>Safely transport technicians to job locations and ensure timely arrival.</p></li><li><p>Support technicians with daily requirements and scheduled maintenance jobs.</p></li><li><p>Maintain company vehicle cleanliness, servicing, fuel records and documents.</p></li><li><p>Report vehicle issues, job delays, stock shortages and operational concerns to the supervisor.</p></li><li><p>Assist with materials/equipment loading and unloading when required.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li><p>Valid UAE Light Vehicle Driving License with a clean driving record.</p></li><li><p>Minimum <strong>2 years UAE driving experience</strong> preferred, preferably in Dubai.</p></li><li><p>Follow all company driving, safety and UAE traffic regulations.</p></li></ul>
