Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative in the freight forwarding industry (sea, air, and land) to grow our client base and increase sales volume by building strong relationships with existing and prospective customers and offering shipping solutions tailored to their needs.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify and approach new clients (companies, traders, factories) and present our freight services
- Conduct field visits and meetings with clients to present offers and pricing
- Prepare price quotations in coordination with the Operations department
- Follow up on shipments with clients to ensure satisfaction and continued business
- Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets
- Prepare periodic reports on sales performance and potential leads
- Monitor the market and competitors to identify new business opportunities
- Coordinate with the Operations and Customs teams to ensure smooth shipment execution
Skills
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in freight/logistics sales
- Good knowledge of shipping types (land, sea, air) and customs procedures
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Energetic personality able to work under pressure and achieve targets
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Valid driving license (MUST)
- Indian nationality
- good in Office programs
