تسعى الدار للتعليم حالياً لتوظيف معلم - رياضيات لدعم شبكتنا المتنامية من المدارس، للالتحاق بالعمل في بداية شهر يناير 2027. بصفتنا مجموعة تعليمية رائدة في أبوظبي، فإننا نقدم تعليماً شاملاً ومبتكراً يلهم المجتمعات ويمكّنها. نحن نقدم مجموعة متنوعة من العلامات التجارية لجميع المتعلمين في مجتمعنا، بدءاً من مرحلة الحضانة وصولاً إلى تعليم الكبار. كما نوفر أوسع خيارات المناهج الدراسية في أكبر عدد من المواقع في أبوظبي.
بدأت الدار للتعليم بمدرسة واحدة و250 طالباً في عام 2007، ونمت لتصبح مزوداً تعليمياً عالي الطلب، حيث تدعم الآن أكثر من 38,000 طالب في 31 مدرسة وشبكة متنامية تضم ما يقرب من 5,000 معلم من أكثر من 100 جنسية، مع تقديم مجموعة واسعة من المناهج والخدمات المساعدة مثل أكاديمية تدريب المعلمين.

المسؤوليات
المهام الرئيسية:
تقديم دروس تلهم الطلاب للنجاح من أجل تحقيق أفضل النتائج الممكنة. العمل الجماعي والتعاون. أن تكون متواصلاً جيداً على جميع المستويات. الالتزام بتطوير علاقات إيجابية مع جميع أعضاء المجتمع المدرسي. العمل جنباً إلى جنب مع الزملاء المعلمين لتخطيط دروس جذابة تلبي متطلبات المنهج. التنسيق مع الزملاء والعمل بمرونة. العمل مع أولياء الأمور لضمان سعادة الأطفال وتحقيق أفضل النتائج الأكاديمية لهم. العمل بتعاون مع موظفي دعم المناهج (حيثما ينطبق ذلك) لدعم تطور الأطفال.
التدريس والتعلم:
فهم واضح للمنهج الدراسي. تنظيم توفير الفصول الدراسية والموارد التعليمية وإنشاء شاشات عرض لتشجيع بيئة تعليمية إيجابية وجذابة. تخطيط وإعداد وتقديم جلسات تلبي احتياجات جميع مستويات القدرات داخل الفصل. تحفيز التلاميذ بتدريس حماسي وخيالي. مراقبة وتقييم الأطفال بما يتماشى مع تقييمات المدرسة. أن تكون متأملاً بشأن توفير الفصول الدراسية، والجلسات التي تم تدريسها، والتقدم المحرز، وتعديل البيئة والتخطيط والمنهج ليعكس ذلك. الاجتماع مع مهنيين آخرين مثل معالجي النطق واللغة، والمعالجين المهنيين، وعلماء النفس التربويين، إذا لزم الأمر. التأكد من ترسيخ لغة ومواقف "DNA" المعلم والمتعلم في أكاديمية المعمورة في جميع أنحاء المنهج.
التقييم والبيانات:
تحمل مسؤولية تقدم الفصل. تلبية متطلبات تقييم وتسجيل تطور الطالب باستخدام "Target Tracker". استخدام البيانات المقدمة من التقييمات للتأثير على التخطيط والتوفير والتدخل الإضافي. تقديم ملاحظات لأولياء الأمور ومقدمي الرعاية حول تقدم الطالب في مؤتمرات أولياء الأمور والمعلمين والاجتماعات الأخرى.
إدارة السلوك والواجبات:
اتباع سياسة السلوك الخاصة بالمدرسة. إدارة الفصول بفعالية، باستخدام أساليب مناسبة لاحتياجات الطلاب لإلهام وتحفيز وتحدي التلاميذ. الحفاظ على علاقات جيدة مع التلاميذ، وممارسة السلطة المناسبة، والتصرف بحزم عند الضرورة ضمن سياسة السلوك المدرسية. أن تكون نموذجاً إيجابياً يحتذى به وإظهار المواقف والقيم والسلوكيات الإيجابية المتوقعة من التلاميذ باستمرار. توقعات عالية للسلوك، وتعزيز ضبط النفس والاستقلالية لدى جميع المتعلمين. تنفيذ الواجبات كما هو موجه وضمن سياسة المدرسة.
المسؤوليات المهنية الأوسع:
العمل كجزء من مجموعة عمل المناهج، ودعم التخطيط والتقييم والموارد والمناسبات الخاصة المرتبطة بذلك الفريق. دعم تنظيم والمشاركة في المناسبات المدرسية والرحلات والأنشطة التي قد تقام في عطلات نهاية الأسبوع أو في المساء. التواصل بفعالية مع أولياء الأمور/مقدمي الرعاية فيما يتعلق بإنجازات الطالب ورفاهيته باستخدام أنظمة/عمليات المدرسة مثل "CPOMS" حسب الاقتضاء. تقديم مساهمة إيجابية في الحياة الأوسع والمبادئ الأخلاقية للمدرسة. إدارة نشاط إثرائي أسبوعي (ECA) كل فصل دراسي.
المؤهلات
الحد الأدنى من المؤهلات والخبرة:
درجة البكالوريوس في التعليم الابتدائي مع مؤهل تدريس بعد التخرج (PGCE) إلزامي. خبرة لا تقل عن 1-2 سنوات في التدريس.
المعرفة والمهارات الخاصة بالوظيفة:
خبرة إلزامية في تدريس المنهج الوطني لإنجلترا. معرفة قوية والالتزام بحماية الأطفال. خبرة في العمل مع الطلاب الذين لا تعتبر الإنجليزية لغتهم الأولى (EAL). أن تكون ودوداً ومهنياً وهادئاً وعلى دراية. القدرة على التعامل بمهنية مع مجموعة من أصحاب المصلحة. الشغف بالتدريس والالتزام بتعليم ورعاية الأطفال. مستوى عالٍ من الاحترافية ومراعاة رفاهية الأطفال. موقف إيجابي ويركز على الحلول تجاه حياة العمل. الدفء والتعاطف والمصداقية والثقة بالنفس والنزاهة والحماس والتركيز على الطفل. القدرة على ترتيب أولويات عبء العمل وتعدد المهام. الإلمام بتكنولوجيا المعلومات والتقنيات عبر الإنترنت للمساعدة في تدريس القرن الحادي والعشرين. مهارات شخصية قوية للتواصل مع أولياء الأمور في بيئة متعددة الثقافات. سجل جنائي نظيف (كشف من هيئة الكشف عن السوابق الجنائية والمنع من العمل مع الأطفال أو فحص الشرطة).

Job Description
Aldar Education are currently seeking Teacher - Mathematics to support our growing family of schools, joining at the start of January 2027. Responsibilities
Key Tasks:
To deliver lessons that inspire students to succeed in order to achieve the best possible outcomes. Teamwork and collaboration To be a good communicator at all levels. Be committed to developing positive relationships with all members of the school community. Working alongside fellow teachers to plan engaging lessons that meet requirements of the curriculum. Liaising with colleagues and working flexibly. Working with parents to ensure the happiness and best academic outcomes for all children. Working cooperatively with curriculum support staff (where applicable) to support children’s development.
Teaching and learning:
Clear understanding of the Curriculum. Organising the classroom provision and learning resources and creating displays to encourage a positive and engaging learning environment. Planning, preparing and presenting sessions that cater for the needs of the whole ability range within the class. Motivating pupils with enthusiastic, imaginative teaching. Observing and assessing children in line with school assessments. Being reflective of the classroom provision, sessions taught, progress made, and adjusting environment, planning and curriculum to reflect this. Meeting with other professionals such as speech and language therapists, occupational therapists and educational psychologists, if required. Ensure the Al Mamoura Academy Teacher and Learner DNA language and attitudes are being embedded throughout the curriculum
Assessment and data:
Taking responsibility for the progress of a class. Meeting requirements for the assessment and recording of student’s development using Target Tracker. Using data provided by assessments to influence further planning, provision and intervention. Providing feedback to parents and carers on a student’s progress at Parent Teacher Conferences and other meetings
Behaviour management and duties:
Follow the school’s behaviour policy. Manage classes effectively, using approaches which are appropriate to students’ needs in order to inspire, motivate and challenge pupils. Maintain good relationships with pupils, exercise appropriate authority, and act decisively when necessary within the school’s behavioural policy. Be a positive role model and demonstrate consistently the positive attitudes, values and behaviour, which are expected of pupils. Have high expectations of behaviour, promoting self-control and independence of all learners. Carry out duties as directed and within the school’s policy.
Wider professional responsibilities:
To work as part of a curriculum action group, supporting planning, assessment, resources and special events linked to that team. Support the organising and taking part in school events, outings and activities which may take place at weekends or in the evening. Communicate effectively with parents/carers with regards to student’s achievements and well-being using school systems/processes such as CPOMS as appropriate. Make a positive contribution to the wider life and ethos of the school Run a weekly ECA each term.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications & experience:
Bachelor's Degree Primary Education with a mandatory post teaching qualification (PGCE). Minimum 1- 2 years Teaching experience
Job Specific Knowledge & Skills:
Mandatory experience in teaching the England National Curriculum. Strong knowledge and adherence of safeguarding and child protection. Experience working with students whom English is not their first language (EAL) students. To be approachable, professional, calm and knowledgeable. To be able to deal professionally with a range of stakeholders. Passion for teaching and commitment to educating and nurturing children. A high level of professionalism and consideration of the well-being of children. A positive and solution-focused attitude to working life. Warmth, empathy, credibility, self-belief, integrity, drive and child centered. To be able to prioritize workload and multitask. IT Literate and familiar with online technologies to aid in 21st century teaching. Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with parents in a diverse multi-cultural environment. A clean enhanced Disclosure and Barring Services check or police check.
