Requirements:Minimum 3 years of UAE Real Estate HR experience – REQUIREDStrong experience in recruiting and hiring real estate brokers Proven ability to identify qualified and high-potential candidates Strong knowledge of UAE HR practices and employment procedures Excellent communication and people-management skills Strong, confident, proactive, and target-oriented personality Ability to manage recruitment, employee relations, and daily HR duties
Key Responsibilities:Manage recruitment from sourcing to onboarding Recruit and qualify experienced real estate brokers Conduct interviews and candidate assessments Manage employee records, attendance, leave, and HR matters Implement company HR policies and procedures Support employee performance and development
