• Handle daily sales and customer service at the mobile shop.

• Manage and promote mobile phones, accessories and other products through Amazon, Noon, TikTok, Facebook and other online platforms.

• Create and update product listings, prices, photos, descriptions and stock availability.

• Handle online customer inquiries, messages, orders and follow-ups professionally.

• Process and coordinate online orders, deliveries, returns and customer complaints.

• Achieve monthly sales targets for both retail and online sales.

• Monitor online sales performance and identify opportunities to increase sales.

• Maintain accurate stock and coordinate between shop inventory and online platforms.

• Assist customers with product selection and provide detailed product information.

• Create attractive content, offers and promotions for social media platforms.

• Keep online stores and social media pages active and updated.

• Perform other daily shop and sales-related duties as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for a motivated and responsible candidate with experience in mobile phone retail sales and e-commerce. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of mobile phones and accessories and be comfortable handling both shop and online sales. Experience with Amazon, Noon, TikTok, Facebook and other online marketplaces is preferred. The candidate should have good communication and customer service skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to manage online orders, product listings, customer inquiries and sales. The candidate should be hardworking, honest, target-oriented and willing to learn new online sales platforms. UAE experience in mobile phone sales or e-commerce will be an advantage.
