المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- تنفيذ أعمال الدهان وإعادة الدهان والترميم والأعمال الديكورية في جميع أنحاء الفندق.
- تجهيز الأسطح عن طريق التنظيف والصنفرة والتعبئة وإصلاح العيوب قبل الدهان.
- دهان غرف الضيوف، والمناطق العامة، ومناطق الخدمات الخلفية، والمكاتب، والمرافق الأخرى بالفندق حسب الطلب.
- إجراء أعمال الدهان والصيانة الوقائية وفقًا للجدول الزمني للفندق.
- اختيار وتطبيق الدهانات والطلاءات ومواد التشطيب المناسبة بشكل صحيح.
- التحقق من استخدام أدوات ومعدات الدهان وتنظيفها وصيانتها وتخزينها بشكل صحيح.
- الحفاظ على نظافة مناطق العمل وأمانها وتنظيمها أثناء وبعد الانتهاء من المهام.
- الالتزام بجميع إجراءات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة الخاصة بالفندق.
- الاستجابة السريعة لطلبات الدهان والصيانة من أقسام الفندق.
- الإبلاغ عن الأضرار الجسيمة في الأسطح أو مشكلات الصيانة لمشرف الهندسة.
- تقليل الإزعاج للضيوف أثناء تنفيذ العمل في مناطق الضيوف والمناطق العامة.
- دعم أنشطة الهندسة والصيانة الأخرى حسب التكليف.
المؤهلات
- يفضل الحصول على شهادة أو دبلوم في الدهان، أو صيانة المباني، أو الإنشاءات، أو مجال ذات صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنة واحدة (1) كـ دهان، ويفضل أن تكون في فندق، أو منتجع، أو مبنى تجاري، أو بيئة إدارة المرافق.
- معرفة جيدة بتقنيات الدهان، وتجهيز الأسطح، وطرق التشطيب.
- القدرة على التعامل مع أنواع مختلفة من الدهانات والطلاءات وأدوات الدهان.
- معرفة أساسية بأعمال صيانة وإصلاح المباني.
- فهم جيد لإجراءات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
- اهتمام ممتاز بالتفاصيل والقدرة على الحفاظ على معايير تشطيب عالية الجودة.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق.
- مهارات تواصل وتفاعل جيدة مع الآخرين.
- اللياقة البدنية والقدرة على العمل في الارتفاعات عند الطلب.

Job Summary
The Painter is responsible for maintaining the hotel’s interior and exterior appearance by carrying out painting, touch-up, surface preparation, and related maintenance works. The role ensures all areas are maintained to the hotel’s quality, safety, and aesthetic standards while minimizing disruption to guests and hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out painting, repainting, touch-up, and decorative works throughout the hotel.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling, and repairing imperfections before painting.
- Paint guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house areas, offices, and other hotel facilities as required.
- Perform preventive painting and maintenance works according to the hotel schedule.
- Select and properly apply appropriate paints, coatings, and finishing materials.
- Ensure painting tools and equipment are properly used, cleaned, maintained, and stored.
- Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized during and after completion of tasks.
- Follow all hotel health, safety, and environmental procedures.
- Respond promptly to painting and maintenance requests from hotel departments.
- Report major surface damage or maintenance issues to the Engineering Supervisor.
- Minimize disruption to guests while carrying out work in guest and public areas.
- Support other Engineering and maintenance activities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Certificate or Diploma in Painting, Building Maintenance, Construction, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum one (1) year of experience as a Painter, preferably in a hotel, resort, commercial building, or facility management environment.
- Good knowledge of painting techniques, surface preparation, and finishing methods.
- Ability to work with different types of paints, coatings, and painting tools.
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance and repair works.
- Good understanding of health, safety, and environmental procedures.
- Good attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality finishing standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit and able to work at heights when required.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
