Academic Qualifications and Years of Experience
Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent, with more than 1 year and up to (4) years of practical experience; or
Master's degree in Law or equivalent, with less than 1 year and up to (3) years of practical experience.
Required Skills (Technical and Behavioral Competencies)
Knowledge of legislation, regulations, and decisions governing the practice of legal professions and the licensing of law firms and legal consultancies.
Ability to legally analyze and qualify violations, review related evidence, data, and documents, and prepare enforcement reports, memos, and relevant legal drafting.
Proficiency in using the Legal Professions System (LPS) and relevant technical systems and platforms for licensing procedures and monitoring and following up on violations.
Ability to conduct legal research, benchmarking and comparative studies, analyze data, and prepare relevant reports and statistics.
Ability to think and analyze legally, study problems and challenges, and propose appropriate solutions and recommendations.
Proficiency in using computer applications and government technical systems relevant to the work.
Effective communication and customer service skills.
Ability to plan, organize, manage time, and work in a team spirit.
