سيكون منتجع وين جزيرة المرجان أول منتجع متكامل في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة. ومن المقرر افتتاحه في عام 2027، ويقع المنتجع على بعد 50 ميلاً من مطار دبي الدولي في إمارة رأس الخيمة. وسيضم المنتجع 1530 غرفة وسويتًا، و22 مطعمًا وردهة ومقهى، ومسرحًا، وناديًا شاطئيًا. كما سيضم العديد من حمامات السباحة وحمامات الأطفال، وسبا من فئة الخمس نجوم، وصالونًا، وممشى للتسوق، ومركزًا للاحتفالات والفعاليات.

المسؤوليات
الواجبات والمسؤوليات الرئيسية لهذه الوظيفة هي:
- المسؤولية عن تشخيص وتصليح الأعطال على مستوى المكونات الإلكترونية لأجهزة الألعاب الإلكترونية (EGM) وأجهزة ألعاب الطاولة، بما في ذلك التجميعات والتجميعات الفرعية، لدعم التشغيل والصيانة الفعالة لمرفق إصلاح إلكترونيات الألعاب.
- تنفيذ جميع مهام الإصلاح والاختبار والصيانة مع الالتزام التام ببروتوكولات السلامة والمتطلبات التنظيمية.
- المساعدة في صيانة ودعم أنظمة الألعاب لضمان الأداء الأمثل والموثوقية في جميع أنحاء صالة الألعاب.
- المشاركة في الإيجازات القسمية المنتظمة ومشاركة التحديثات الفنية أو المعلومات التشغيلية ذات الصلة بشكل استباقي.
- المساهمة في التحسين المستمر لمعايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة داخل القسم.
- التفاعل مع أعضاء الفريق والإدارة والمقاولين بطريقة مهنية ومحترمة وموجهة لتقديم الخدمة.

- خبرة لا تقل عن سنة واحدة كفني ألعاب أو فني أجهزة ألعاب إلكترونية (EGM)، مع خبرة عملية في التعامل مع معدات الألعاب الإلكترونية.
- يُفضل الحصول على تدريب مهني تقني أو تدريب حرفي معتمد في مجال الإلكترونيات.
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو تعليم عالٍ في الإلكترونيات أو الهندسة أو مجال تقني ذي صلة.
- مهارات اتصال قوية باللغة الإنجليزية، كتابةً وشفاهاً.

Job Description
About Wynn Al Marjan Island:
Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.
About The Position
Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Senior Technician to join the Gaming Technicianteam.
Responsibilities
The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:
- Responsible for component ‑ level diagnostics and repair of EGM and table ‑ game electronic devices, including assemblies and sub ‑ assemblies, to support the efficient operation and maintenance of the gaming electronics repair facility.
- Perform all repair, testing, and maintenance tasks in strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the maintenance and support of gaming systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability across the gaming floor.
- Participate in regular departmental briefings and proactively share relevant technical updates or operational information.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of health, safety, and environmental standards within the department.
- Interact with team members, management, and contractors in a professional, respectful, and service ‑ oriented manner.
- Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and the established Code of Conduct.
- Maintain a polished, professional appearance and demeanor in accordance with departmental and Company grooming standards.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines, actively promoting a culture of hazard prevention and workplace well ‑ being.
- Support the Company’s sustainability initiatives by participating in recycling programs and practicing disciplined reduce ‑ reuse ‑ recycle habits wherever possible.
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a gaming technician or EGM technician, with hands ‑ on exposure to electronic gaming equipment.
- Technical apprenticeship or accredited vocational training in electronics preferred.
- Secondary school diploma or higher education in electronics, engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with gaming systems, including gaming management systems, EGM accounting systems, and media or display systems used in gaming environments.
