Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Director of Airport Operations to ensure safe, seamless, and efficient day-to-day operations across airside, terminal, and ground handling services.
Daily Responsibilities:
Oversee daily airside, landside, and terminal operational activities to maintain flight schedules.
Coordinate closely with civil aviation authorities, airlines, security, and customs services.
Monitor passenger throughput, baggage handling performance, and safety protocol compliance.
Direct daily crisis management, weather contingency plans, and operational disruption protocols.
Manage airport facility maintenance schedules and vendor service level agreements (SLAs).
Requirements:
Degree in Aviation Management, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3+ years of progressive leadership experience in airport or aviation operations.
Practical knowledge of aviation safety standards (ICAO/IATA/GCAA guidelines).
