نبحث عن مقدر تكاليف مبتدئ / حاسب كميات (QS) يتمتع بالدوافع والاهتمام بالتفاصيل، ولديه خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مشاريع التجهيزات الداخلية أو الإنشاءات. يجب أن يمتلك المرشح المثالي مهارات تحليلية جيدة والقدرة على إعداد حصر الكميات، وتقديرات التكلفة، وحسابات المواد بناءً على المخططات والمواصفات ومتطلبات المشروع.
Prepare quantity take-offs and material measurements from architectural, interior design, and construction drawings.
Assist in preparing cost estimates, BOQs (Bills of Quantities), and tender submissions for interior fit-out projects.
Review drawings, specifications, and scope of work to identify project requirements.
Request quotations from suppliers and subcontractors and compare prices.
Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Estimator / Quantity Surveyor (QS) with a minimum of 2 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction projects. The ideal candidate should have good analytical skills and the ability to prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and material calculations based on drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
