- استقبال الضيوف وإرشادهم إلى طاولاتهم بأسلوب دافئ ومرحب
- تقديم قوائم الطعام، وتقديم التوصيات، والإجابة على الأسئلة المتعلقة بالطعام والمشروبات
- أخذ طلبات الطعام والشراب بدقة باستخدام نظام نقاط البيع الخاص بنا
- تقديم الطعام والمشروبات في الوقت المناسب وبطريقة مهنية
- ضمان إعداد الطاولات بشكل صحيح والحفاظ عليها طوال فترة الخدمة
- معالجة المدفوعات والتعامل مع المعاملات النقدية وبطاقات الائتمان
- التعاون مع موظفي المطبخ لضمان دقة الطلبات والتسليم في الوقت المناسب
- الحفاظ على معايير النظافة والصحة في منطقة تناول الطعام
- الاستجابة الفورية لاستفسارات الضيوف وحل أي مشكلات قد تنشأ
- المساعدة في المهام الجانبية مثل إعادة تخزين الإمدادات وترتيب أدوات المائدة
المؤهلات
- مهارات تواصل وشخصية ممتازة
- توجه قوي نحو خدمة العملاء مع سلوك ودود ومتعاطف
- مهارات حسابية أساسية للتعامل مع الفواتير والمدفوعات بدقة
- معرفة بتقنيات خدمة الأغذية والمشروبات
- القدرة على العمل بكفاءة في بيئة سريعة الخطى
- روح العمل الجماعي مع موقف إيجابي
- اهتمام دقيق بالتفاصيل
- قدرة بدنية على الوقوف لفترات طويلة وحمل صواني الطعام والمشروبات
- يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في خدمة الأغذية والمشروبات
- شهادة الدراسة الثانوية أو ما يعادلها
- يفضل وجود شهادة في التعامل مع الأغذية
- المرونة للعمل في مناوبات مختلفة، بما في ذلك عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية
- إتقان أساسي للغة الإنجليزية؛ معرفة اللغة العربية أو لغات أخرى تعتبر ميزة إضافية

Join our dynamic team as an F&B Waiter in the vibrant city of Dubai, United Arab Emirates! We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As an F&B Waiter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the high standards of our establishment.
- Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner
- Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions about food and beverages
- Take accurate food and drink orders using our point-of-sale system
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure tables are set up correctly and maintained throughout service
- Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise
- Assist in side work duties such as restocking supplies and rolling silverware
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and empathetic demeanor
- Basic math skills for handling bills and payments accurately
- Knowledge of food and beverage service techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Keen attention to detail
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays of food and beverages
- Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food handling certification preferred
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Basic English language proficiency; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus
