Accountabilities:

 

  • Develop and prepare various policies and procedures for HR department in line with department head and communicate them to all employees to ensure their full awareness.
  • Design & update departments organizational structure and charts in line with department heads.
  • Assist in designing the organization communication programs and follow its implementation to ensure effective communication and retention purpose are met.
  • Design & conduct job analysis including questionnaire and methodology used (one to one interview and observation) to serve company's objectives. 
  • Develop & update all needed job descriptions to accurately explain the requirements and responsibilities of a position within an organization.
  • Develop each position key performance indicators, objectives, matrix of authority, manpower planning for existing jobs, reporting lines, career path...etc.
  • Develop competency framework and its levels to ensure effectiveness and smooth work operations.
  • Assist in the recruitment activities in terms of different advertisement tools, CV screening, phone screening, interviewing candidates, coordinating interviews and sending offer letter to the accepted candidates.
  • Develop & implement performance management programs to ensure achieving the company objectives.
  • Develop & implement succession planning & career path to prepare a second line of leaders.
  • Develop & implement onboarding programs to ensure that new hires are smoothly engaged with the company.
  • Develop all needed reports to be submitted to the direct manager.
  • Perform any other assigned tasks as required by the direct manager within the same level of responsibility.
  • Follow the instructions, requirements of the quality, safety and occupational health.

University degree in any field.5 - 7 years' experience in the same field.HR Diploma or its equivalent is a must.Excellent user of MS office.Excellent command of English language.Excellent Data analysis and follow up skills. Excellent Problem solving and communication skills.
