Position: Corporate/Commercial Lawyer

Status: Full-time
Main responsibilities:
- Advising on Yemen law corporate and commercial matters
- Managing corporate compliance processes
- Researching legal and practical aspects of operating in Yemen
- Coordination with government offices
- Managing files
- Performing and coordinating research
- Record control and coordination
- Preparation of reports and correspondence
- Drafting all types of documents
Minimum requirements:
- Up-to-date Yemeni lawyer licence
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- At least three years’ experience in private practice
- Experience advising on corporate and commercial projects in English
Other requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of legal terminology and principles
- The ability to analyze legal documents and answer legal queries
- Self-motivated
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work to a tight schedule
- Computer literacy skills
- Filing and record management
