Customer Service Agent

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments.
  • Attending all types of enquiries calls within the TAT.
  • Schedule appointments, maintain a tracker and update appointment calendars.
  • Hear and resolve complaints from customers or the public. First point resolution.


Skills

Preference:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in relevant field.
  • Ability to adapt to a variety of ethnic cultures and personalities.
  • Immediate joiners only.

Qualifications:

  • Any Bachelor’s degree
  • Computer-literate performer with extensive software proficiency covering wide variety of

applications.

  • Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing
