Roles & Responsibilities:
- Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments.
- Attending all types of enquiries calls within the TAT.
- Schedule appointments, maintain a tracker and update appointment calendars.
- Hear and resolve complaints from customers or the public. First point resolution.
Skills
Preference:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in relevant field.
- Ability to adapt to a variety of ethnic cultures and personalities.
- Immediate joiners only.
Qualifications:
- Any Bachelor’s degree
- Computer-literate performer with extensive software proficiency covering wide variety of
applications.
- Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing
