Roles & Responsibilities:
- Screening incoming calls and directing it to the correct point of contact
- Creating Purchase Order and managing budget for non-productive purchases
- Key contact person for office maintenance
- Coordinating the outgoing office mail & office courier packages.
Skills
Preference:
- 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role with a Multinational Company
- Excellent communication skills at all levels.
- Immediate joiners only.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
- Must have customer service focus and experience
- Good telephone etiquette skills
