Public Relations Officer

  1. Performing various duties and procedures related to passport department and Social Affairs and reporting the same to the immediate supervisor.
  2. Ensure HR department and MOHRE related activities are well executed.
  3. Performing the duties related to renewal, transfer and new issue of visa of staff and company invitees.
  4. Managing the work permits and timely follow ups with various ministry departments.
  5. Assure all business and trade Licenses are updated, follow-up on official approvals and permits, to prevent unnecessary violations.
  6. Coordinating and performing the duties related to government procedures including Ministries/Municipalities and other government Departments.
  7. Handling the activities related to Ministry of Social Security
  8. Handling other administrative duties assigned by immediate supervisor.


Skills

  • Knowledge of various ministerial formalities.
  • Strong background of the UAE Labor law
  • Fluent verbal & written English and Arabic
  • Strong background dealing on company affairs with company regulation such as DED & ADGM.
  • Solid knowledge of Immigration rules and updated regulations, and hands-on experience of using Immigration online system and issuing all kinds of visas.
  • Effective interpersonal skills to successfully work with local governments
  • Should be able to work independently.
  • Bachelor degree with minimum 3 years of experience as in the relevant field in Abu Dhabi, UAE
