- Greets and welcomes visitors to the company
- Answer telephone system for screening, transferring calls, responding to inquiries, and taking messages
- Maintaining the office area neat and tidy.
- Maintaining the office equipment/supplies in order and well-functioning for the company
- Handle and coordinate active calendars
- Schedule and confirm meetings
- Ensure file organization based on office protocol
- Provide support around the office
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
