Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Al Qusais - Dubai
Job Type: Contract - 3 months Renewable .
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role and will be responsible for maintaining a welcoming and organized front office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors to the office.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Manage conference room bookings and coordinate meetings.
- Handle mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist in administrative tasks as needed.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Ensure security protocols are followed for visitors and deliveries.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience of at least two years in a similar role.
- Languages: Due to nature of job, fluency in Arabic and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages is must .
- Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
