Location: United Arab Emirates

Responsibilities:

1. Plan and oversee all logistics operations for AUX in the GCC region.

2. Coordinate with the factory and customers to ensure efficient logistics processes.

3. Manage inventory levels and optimize warehouse storage capacity.

4. Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.

5. Ensure compliance with local regulations and customs requirements for import/export activities.

6. Monitor transportation schedules and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.

7. Manage relationship with 3rd parties and logistics staff

8. Analyze data and prepare reports on logistics performance for management review.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.

2. Proven work experience as a logistics manager in the GCC region, preferably in the HVAC industry.

3. Strong knowledge of logistics operations, supply chain management, and inventory control.

4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

5. Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office applications.

6. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

7. Preferably Certification in supply chain management or logistics (e.g., CSCP, CLTD).

8. Familiarity with customs regulations in the GCC countries

9.Must speak Mandarin/Chinese/English
