Our client, a dynamic startup marketing agency, is seeking an experienced People & Culture Executive to manage HR operations, focusing on onboarding, visa processing, HR administration, and payroll.
This role is critical in supporting the agency’s rapid growth and ensuring smooth HR processes that contribute to a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Administration:
- Manage and update employee records for new hires, current staff, and leavers.
- Prepare HR-related reports and presentations, including metrics like headcount by department.
Visa & Insurance Management:
- Handle visa applications, renewals, transfers, and cancellations.
- Coordinate with PRO and authorities for visa processing, MOL, medical tests, and EID.
- Liaise with insurance brokers for employee medical insurance enrollments and removals.
Onboarding & Offboarding:
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires and manage offboarding processes, including visa and insurance cancellations.
Employee Relations:
- Process employee-related documents such as promotions, transfers, and salary adjustments.
- Collaborate with HRBPs to ensure accurate leave data is maintained in the system.
Payroll Management:
- Maintain payroll data, including salary, sponsor, and bank details.
- Coordinate with the finance team on monthly payroll changes and headcount updates.
- Address staff queries related to salaries, deductions, and attendance.
- Ensure payroll compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Support HR Projects:
- Assist with administrative tasks for HR projects, including updating reports and tracking deadlines.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2-3 years in HR operations, ideally within a startup or fast-paced environment, with expertise in employee relations, visa processes, and payroll management.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of employment law and HR compliance.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
- Languages: Fluent in written and spoken English.
