Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at Al Ahram Investment in Dubai. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing phone calls with proper etiquette, communicating effectively within the team, and assisting with executive administrative tasks and clerical duties.

  • Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Clerical Skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
