A very renowned Emirati businessman, is seeking a highly professional Executive Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative support. The ideal candidate must have an excellent command of English, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage high-level executive functions in a fast-paced environment.


Position Overview :

 

The Executive Secretary will be responsible for coordinating and managing daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth communication, and acting as the right hand. This position requires discretion, professionalism, and the ability to multitask while prioritizing critical tasks.


Key Responsibilities :


•⁠ ⁠Provide full administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.

•⁠ ⁠Organize and maintain the executive’s schedule, ensuring all meetings, appointments, and deadlines are met.

•⁠ ⁠Draft, review, and manage professional documents such as emails, letters, reports, and presentations with precision and attention to detail.

•⁠ ⁠Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communication, filtering messages and handling confidential matters with discretion.

•⁠ ⁠Assist in the preparation of meetings, conferences, and business events, ensuring that all materials and logistics are in order.

•⁠ ⁠Handle various office management duties, such as filing, maintaining office supplies, and organizing documents.

•⁠ ⁠Liaise with clients, partners, and other stakeholders on behalf of the executive, ensuring smooth communication and follow-ups.

•⁠ ⁠Conduct research and prepare reports on various business topics as requested.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure strict confidentiality of sensitive information and documents.


Qualifications & Skills :


•⁠ ⁠Fluent in English (written and spoken)

•⁠ ⁠Proven experience as an Executive Secretary or Executive Assistant in a similar role.

•⁠ ⁠Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

•⁠ ⁠Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant office software.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

•⁠ ⁠Discretion and confidentiality are essential, given the high-profile nature of the role.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

•⁠ ⁠Problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative when necessary.

•⁠ ⁠Professional demeanor, with a customer-centric attitude when interacting with clients and stakeholders.
