Position Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Property Consultant to join our team. If you have a passion for real estate, exceptional communication skills, and a drive to help clients navigate the property market, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on property purchases, sales, and rentals.
• Conduct property viewings and open houses to showcase listings.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs.
• Stay updated on market trends and property values to offer informed recommendations.
• Prepare and present property proposals and market analyses.
• Negotiate contracts and facilitate successful closings.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Experience in property consulting or real estate sales (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market and trends.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in real estate software and tools.
• Valid real estate license (if applicable).
