Eram Talent is seeking a skilled Construction Coordinator to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The Construction Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring that construction projects are executed smoothly, efficiently, and in adherence to quality standards. As part of a dynamic team, you will be responsible for coordinating various activities and resources throughout the construction process.
Responsibilities
- Identifying, developing, and utilizing the talent pool to maximize productivity and quality of work
- Adhering to both budgetary and time constraints
- Visiting and inspecting building sites
- Reporting on progress and challenges
- Finding, employing, and managing contractors and sub-contractors
- Learning and applying the latest relevant knowledge to the work
- Monitoring project progress and reporting status to senior management and stakeholders
- Ensuring that all materials and equipment are delivered to the site on time
- Conducting regular site inspections and risk assessments to comply with health and safety standards
- Managing project documentation and maintaining comprehensive project records
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Mega-Project Project within GCC in Project Controls environment
- Proven track record of experience in a similar role
- PMP certification is a plus
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction plans
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
- Team player with ability to lead a multinational, multi-dimensional organization
- English proficiency
