Responsibilities

·      Define improvements for bulk upload tool. Such as regular problems faced

·      System Build (settings/org charts/job role) as per the Implementation Document

·     Quality check client data when client uploads it to SharePoint prior to system build. Provide detailed report to PMs as to what is missing or not as per required format

·      Check SharePoint files for missing info during the implementation which ties in with the above point mentioned

·      Medical policy & medical card upload

·      Responsible for updating CRM once live

·      Management of document upload (until bulk upload tool does it)

·      Rectify possible issues on the client system once the client has received HR Admin access

·      Create a full dummy profile on clients systems with examples of all functionality(Leave, advances etc) which we can use for employee training

·      Modifications needing to be made to client system post HR Admin access given

·      Build goals/reviews for the PM feature in stage 2 if required

·      Draft email responses to basic queries coming from clients prior to roll out and post HR Admin access given and send them to the PM for feedback. In the future they can respond to the client.
