The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join our team as a Front of House Receptionist. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of our facilities management business to manage a panel of services for a new flagship high rise building in Dubai built with high standards.
As the Front of House Receptionist, you need to be customer-oriented which requires a friendly, pro-active and can-do attitude where the needs of the customer are treated as paramount. You will be responsible for the end-to-end care of all staff and visitor on site. You will also be responsible and accountable for all activities within their remit and should highlight or escalate any concerns which may impact the client’s reputation.
He/She will be responsible for representing Macro delivering business first-class service to support complex, multi-disciplined site and the requirements of the client.
Please note that Emiratis are preferred for this role.
Main Responsibilities will include:
Monitor all areas and check that previous issues have been dealt with or closed off satisfactorily.
Perform routine inventory duties, including monitoring and maintaining current inventory levels.
Reception cover including greeting of all guests and VIP visitors to reception.
Handle corporate events by assisting with the set-up of venue and providing assistance to meet requirements.
Ensure that the look and feel of the reception area is maintained to a high standard.
Ensure that calls are answered in a professional and timely manner and that all enquiries are dealt with in accordance with service standards and response times.
Demonstrate attention to detail and ownership of the processes relating to the areas of responsibility.
Assist with clients reports as required.

Responsible for delivering superior customer service and develop key tenant stakeholder engagement by providing effective and timely communications to our tenants, stakeholders and client.
Carry out such other reasonable duties as may be required by the line manager.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
Previous experience in a five-star hotel in the UAE.
Front Office experience (reception).
Good people management skills.
Ability to deliver and manage associates’ satisfaction and engagement.
Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
Capable of establishing a good relationship with clients, customers and service providers.
Native or fluent in Arabic, Russian and Mandarin will be an advantage.
