Role Overview


We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Operations Executive with a strong focus on online sales and e-commerce. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and Noon, excellent sales follow-up skills, and the ability to manage small-scale warehouse operations efficiently.

This role requires a professional who thrives in a startup-like environment, can juggle multiple responsibilities, and ensures seamless operations while driving online sales growth.


Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce & Sales Support

  • Manage and optimize listings on e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Noon, and other online channels.
  • Coordinate with e-commerce partners to ensure product visibility and drive sales.
  • Monitor online sales performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely order processing.
  • Follow up with clients and customers for payment collections and account receivables.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Inventory & Warehouse Operations

  • Oversee inventory levels for 50–100 SKUs, ensuring accuracy through regular cycle counts.
  • Manage small-scale warehouse functions, including order picking, packing, and coordinating courier deliveries.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of products to maintain quality.
  • Address stock discrepancies, damaged goods, and returns effectively.

Logistics & Local Deliveries

  • Coordinate logistics for order fulfillment, including courier pickups and deliveries.
  • Use the company vehicle for occasional local deliveries or cheque/COD payment collections.

Reporting & Administration

  • Track and update online and offline sales orders, payments, and receivables.
  • Generate reports and maintain workflows using SAP, Microsoft Office, and Google Sheets.
  • Collaborate with management to streamline sales and operational processes.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and operations, with a focus on e-commerce platforms.
  • Familiarity with SAP and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
  • Valid UAE driver’s license and comfort driving locally.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms like Amazon and Noon.
  • Exceptional sales follow-up and client communication skills.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and handle operational tasks.
