We are looking for a Sales Executive to support our Sales and Marketing team. This role is based in Dubai for an aluminum extrusion and manufacturing company whose products are primarily exported to the Americas, Europe and Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate shall be fluent in English, Thai speaking (knowledge of Japanese is an added advantage) with 3 to 4 years of experience in the automotive manufacturing or aluminum industry.

Role Purpose:
To handle inside sales activities & support sales team with updates on quotations, order status, payment follow up, delivery follow up.

Main Responsibilities:
• Support the Sales team with quote preparation, monthly quote update, customer forecast document updating, order status update, payment and delivery follow up.
• Follow up internally with technical department on new enquiry status. Get product feasibility status.
• Follow up internally with production team on orders (samples and regular production) & provide updates to sales manager.
• Follow up with customer on payments.
• Work closely with planning and logistics departments on orders and shipments. Ensure to meet customer required delivery schedules.
• Provide order status updates to customer on a regular basis.
• Undertake any other projects and/or tasks as assigned by the Management.
