We are looking for an innovative Project Manager with a Civil Engineer background and with a valid UAE driving license. As an Interior Fitout Project Manager your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage interior fitout projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are executed successfully and delivered on time and within budget. Additionally, your role will involve utilizing your driving license to travel to project sites and perform various tasks as required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, project sponsors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and other stakeholders
• Develop detailed project plans to track progress and ensure timely completion of project milestones and deliverables
• Manage and motivate project team members to achieve project goals and objectives within defined timelines and budget
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to management and other stakeholders on a regular basis
• Oversee quality control procedures to ensure that all deliverables meet or exceed expectations
• Coordinate with external parties (e.g., contractors, regulatory agencies) as needed to facilitate project progress
• Negotiate and resolve conflicts that may arise during the course of the project
• Manage project close-out activities, including final acceptance of deliverables by the client
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement
• Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required


Requirements and skills

• Proven working experience in civil engineering & Interior fit out
• Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD,Civil 3D or similar
• Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, regulatory approvals etc
• Project management and supervision skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• License of professional engineer
