We require a Civil Estimation Engineer who has UAE Experience in Tendering and estimation , especially In esupply.dubai.gov.ae website.

Must be familiar with UAE Local Authorities for submission of tenders and follow-up.

Main Responsibilities:
-Quantity take-off (Structure & Finishes)
-Analysis of construction duration and sequences
-Prepare and analyse costings for tenders
-Comparison of estimated construction cost
• Determining the scope of the project, reviewing of preliminary data and deliverables such as specifications and drawings, as well as attending pre-bid meetings, etc. to determine the scope of work and required contents of the estimate.
• Responsible for developing the cost estimates for an entire project, calculating the complete takeoff of the scope of work and preparing and assembling bids and proposals.
Salary will decide upon Interview and Experience.
