Roles and Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all operations of the powder coating plant, ensuring efficient and cost-effective functioning.
- Supervising daily activities of the plant, including production, maintenance, and quality control.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining the highest level of safety standards.
- Planning, coordinating, and controlling the manufacturing process to meet customer requirements.
- Leading and developing a team of employees to achieve productivity and efficiency.
- Managing resources, and materials to meet production targets.
- Implementing and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Providing reports and performance data to company executives.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in powder coating plant management.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing a high-performing team.
- Excellent understanding of quality control standards and safety regulations.
- In-depth knowledge of performance evaluation metrics.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
