Job Responsibilities:
- Promotion of Software & Services:
* Plan and execute marketing campaigns to raise awareness of our software offerings.
- Lead engaging demonstrations of our software applications to clients, effectively highlighting their features, functionalities, and benefits.
Provide comprehensive training sessions to clients on software features and best practices, ensuring their successful integration and utilization.
* Initiate contact with potential clients via email and phone, scheduling meetings for software demonstrations.
* Coordinate software demonstrations with existing clients, ensuring adherence to schedules.
* Deliver compelling presentations and training sessions to clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our software.
* Maintain complete demo kits, collaborating with Tech Support to ensure required devices are ready.
* Collect valuable feedback from clients during and after demonstrations, communicating insights for continuous enhancement.
* Manage company website, promotional emails, and social media platforms to maximise outreach.
* Assist in creating Quick Reference Guides (QRGs) and User Manuals for offered software and services.
* Innovate by exploring fresh strategies for software promotion within the market.
* Analyze demonstration outcomes, identifying successes and areas for improvement.
* Conduct thorough market research to grasp client needs and preferences.
* Collaborate with the software development team, channeling client feedback for product enhancements.

- Client Support:
* Offer expert assistance to clients during software implementation and usage, troubleshooting issues, and providing effective solutions.
* Cultivate strong client relationships by understanding unique needs and delivering tailored demonstrations.
* Proactively reach out to clients through calls, emails, and visits to promote our software and services.

- Collaboration and Knowledge:
* Collaborate across teams to align software presentations and support efforts with business objectives.
* Develop a comprehensive understanding of all company software and services.
* Explore diverse marketing platforms to expand service reach.
* Provide customized suggestions and recommendations based on client requirements.
