What we are looking for:
- We are seeking a specialized candidate for the role of dermatologist
- You have Medical Education
- You will be a business partner (percentage to be discussed if you meet expectations)
- You already have a customer’s base
- Familiar with UAE business, practices, and customers
- You will be the medical Director or Operations Manager, responsible for growing the business
and running day to day operations
- DHA certified (where required)
Duties
- Ensure compliance with commercial requirements and UAE local law.
- Financial: Participating in developing annual revenue and profitability plans
- Increase revenue through effective operations strategies, monitor operating costs,
- Help in reviewing budget and take corrective action as needed,
- Manage inventory levels
- Consulting with patients and determining skin ailments, prescribing medication, undertaking skin therapy treatment,
- Performing non-intrusive surgery,
- Additionally, dermatologists should be good listeners, attentive to the concerns of patients, excellent communicators, and skin health educators, and should be proficient with dermatological tools for skin repair.
- Main Activities: Facial, Botox and Fillers.
- Languages: Russian, English is a must
