Responsibilities:
— negotiations with customers, inspection and calculation of objects;
- calculation of the cost of work performed;
— quality control of work performance;
— control of inventory and consumables;
— organization of signing of closing documents;
— purchase of equipment and consumables;
— search, training and control of working personnel;
— control over the technical condition of transport and equipment;
– search and provision of the company’s workflow with rental of equipment and consumables;
- formation of a schedule for the production of works;
— providing information on new and prospective clients to the sales manager;
- financial reporting;
– drawing up photo reports of the work performed;
– control of compliance of working personnel with company standards (appearance, clean car);
— search for suppliers of consumables
