RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead, monitor and manage happy and high performing team, to ensure our team remains engaged and in love with what they do.
• Support managers with all aspects of health and safety.
• Working alongside management to ensure all daily, weekly and monthly checks being completed.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, rostering, performance management, brand standard and quality control.
• Contribute to business development with suggestions of new Ideas that align with our brand and target audience.
• Deliver an immersive and engaging world class hospitality experience.
• Supervise the venue in absence of management.
• Aid the development of all staff and contribute to a positive working environment.
• As part of your development you will work across all areas of the business as and when required
